Bamboo White Ash (BWA)

DannyShane cycling jerseys are infused with bamboo white ash in every weave of fabric. This eco-friendly fiber provides natural moisture-wicking capabilities that will not irritate skin or rinse out like a chemical will. Bamboo also captures odor naturally, provides natural UV protection and dries quickly. While other cycling jerseys may contain wool or up to 10% bamboo, our fabric is made from 50% bamboo white ash, which is double-burned to provide color vibrancy not found using single-burned bamboo methods. With a high BWA content woven into every fabric, DannyShane jerseys are more breathable, thermal regulating, soft and odor resistant than any other cycling performance wear available.

DannyShane Cycling Bibs

Cycling bibs require a degree of micro-compression that is not available in a bamboo blend fabric, so DannyShane went in search of the most environmentally-friendly material we could find that did not compromise bib performance. The result is an original design of DannyShane cycling bibs made from Italian fabric that is Bluesign® certified and a blend of Lycra (10%) and 100% recycled nylon (90%).
